Mt. Everest

June 28, 2012

for one does not rise by  reaching  the pinnacle

but by each falling and groping

sinews and bones , snapped and broken

mend  and becomes stronger

inside,  you swell

into a mountain

    ….inside, you grow- you swell

    a mountain

of sinews and bones , snapped and broken

    wrecked, lapidifying

colder and more a jumbled heap with each shattering drop

a mountain carrying you to the top of a mountain

those are the same. it is the bit about being a pile of rubble that isn’t so very appealing.
