Opening Night for “Defining A Likeness” was a HUGE Success!

September 10, 2011

The opening reception on Friday, Sept. 9th at Jujomukti Tea Lounge in the East Village  was a tremendous success, even more so than our group show in Brooklyn last July.  It was so well attended that one point, guests were literally standing a mere 2 feet from the performers as they sang. because of the crowd and the extra light it got a little warm in the venue- but people were having a great time mingling and being patient.

I feel blessed to know so many talented artists and performers , and I take it as a matter of pride being able to bring  my friends, and their friends together  in one night,  at  an interesting venue surrounded by wonderful art, music and performances. I hope that the November show : “Narratives” , will be an even bigger success.
